Usage:
For curry: Mix Eastern Fish Masala with tamarind extract, onions, tomatoes, and coconut milk (optional). Add cleaned fish pieces and simmer until cooked.
For fry: Marinate fish with Eastern Fish Masala, salt, and lemon juice. Shallow fry or deep fry until golden brown. Suitable for all varieties of fish and seafood.
